Mariette is doing a special Kunoichiseminar on friday evening (and a special on saturday) Therefore the female participants are training for FREE the whole weekend!!
The rest of us pay 400 SEK for the seminar(This price is for earlybirds who have mailed before March 8, Payment on arrival cost 550 SEK)
It is possible to stay over night in our 265m2 Dojo!

As for the kunoichi part of the seminar the training on Friday evening will be held between 19.00 and 20.30. Dinner will be arranged in the dojo afterwards and is free of charge. Just send an e-mail to Sara if you want to participate: sara.oesterlund@gmail.com. The training with Mariette will also continue Saturday until lunch time, focusing on techniques against taller and physically stronger opponents.
We will be heading out for a dinner on Saturday evening, if you are interested to join please mail peter@budo.org since we probably will have to prebook the restaurant a few days ahead.
